GaiaWP Studio · Terms and conditions
Rules for accounts, licenses, support, and fair use of GaiaWP plugins and services. Last updated: 5 September 2026.
When you create a GaiaWP Studio account, you acknowledge that personal data (name, email, billing details, license bindings) will be processed and stored, including by authorised third parties (hosting, payment, email delivery), to manage your account. See Privacy Policy for details.
Your password cannot access your WordPress site or payment provider. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Any fraudulent, abusive, or offensive behaviour towards our staff or systems, or attempts to gain unauthorised access, may lead to termination of your account and associated services without prior notice or refund.
These terms apply to premium support queries only. Free support for non-customers is entirely at our discretion, with no guarantees.
New purchases: 14-day money back guarantee for missing features or unresolvable defects — you must identify a technical issue, give us information to verify it, and allow reasonable time to fix. Full terms in Refund Policy.
Digital goods: no automatic refunds since software cannot be returned. Review descriptions before purchase. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.
Subscriptions: cancel anytime from your dashboard. It will not renew; access continues until end of billing period. Renewals are non-refundable — cancel before renewal. Courtesy reminder emails are sent but non-receipt is not grounds for refund.
Applies to all GaiaWP services and products, including this site and any third-party systems bundled or integrated with our software (update API, license checks, OAuth helper, cloud offload connectors).
Application and breach determination is at GaiaWP Studio's sole but reasonable discretion. Material deviation from fair use includes, without limitation:
We may, concurrently or in sequence: (1) immediately suspend the feature in question to mitigate harm; (2) issue formal notice to reduce usage within a reasonable period (max 7 days); (3) impose additional charges for continued excessive use; (4) suspend or terminate your entire account and services, without liability or refund, if unremedied or severe.
GaiaWP plugins integrate with cloud providers (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, Dropbox, Box, Microsoft OneDrive, pCloud). Their names and logos belong to their owners; our integration screens reference them only to describe compatibility, per each provider's brand guidelines. Our logo and name must always appear more prominently than any third-party mark, and nothing implies endorsement by those providers.
Google's consumer Drive terms restrict business use on personal accounts. For commercial or multi-site backups/offload, prefer Google Workspace, S3, R2, or other business-grade storage. GaiaWP supports generic S3, SFTP, and FTP for business environments.
Remote offload, media organization, and dynamic loading run on your server between your site and your storage provider. No backup/media content passes through GaiaWP servers, except the transient OAuth handshake described in Privacy Policy §7.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaiaWP Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of our site, plugins, or services. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page regularly. Questions: contact support from your account email.
